Reporting a wrong price

Corrections are the most useful message you can send. Tell us where you joined and left the motorway, your vehicle, the date and what you were charged. A photo of the receipt helps, with the card number covered.

What we cannot help with

We are not a motorway operator. For a disputed charge, a lost ticket, an invoice, an ENC account or a fine, contact the operator of that road: HAC for most motorways, Bina Istra for the Istrian Y and the Učka tunnel, AZM for the A2 Zagreb – Macelj. For traffic and road conditions, see the Croatian Automobile Club, HAK.
